TMCO Urban Commons is committed to bringing nature and education to the community in an urban setting. Our space is open to the public and for focused nature-based programs for schools and the community.
Early Childhood Programs
We can nature-based story time and activities for early childhood education programs.
We can also support early healthy eating habits through NDE’s Harvest of the Month activities through our partnerships and community garden.
After school programming
We work with Park Middle School students through Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster County for garden club.
UNL Partnerships
The Environmental Education Courses at UNL’s CASNR program are working on providing information and curriculum for the nature education program at TMCO Urban Commons.
